Forecasting Basic Post Scarcity

Another forecast post!

Sometime ago I wrote about a possible plan to reach basic post scarcity. Regardless of how we reach that stage, when will a basic post scarcity economy be first achieved by a nation state? Leave your answer here:

By the way, I’m working on a project that should make answering such long term tech-related predictions easier. Hopefully it should came out (in alpha stage) in few weeks.
